Now that we are comfortable with DSLR cameras, Lightroom, and Photoshop let’s apply those skills to using our everyday cameraphones more professionally.  First, remember the basics:

  1. LIGHTING is what matters most
  2. COMPOSITION is at the heart of all great images
  3. EDIT to perfect not correct (go take it again if something is wrong)

We will be using Adobe Lightroom CC Mobile. Your first assignment is to install the the app (it’s free!) to your phone and edit FIVE new photographs.  Below are some helpful links and videos about using LR Mobile.

Weekly Theme: Golden Hour

In photography, the golden hour is the period of daytime shortly after sunrise or before sunset, during which daylight is redder and softer than when the Sun is higher in the sky. The period of time shortly before sunrise and shortly after sunset is called the “magic hour,” especially by cinematographers.
