I hope you’re staying healthy and home—and that you’re finding things to do!
By now, you should have acquainted yourselves with your online classes, and should have a good sense as to how they’ll be working these days. I’ve spoken to a few of you, and while all the kinks are still being worked out, it seems that online learning has been going well.
I’ve broken this letter down by classes, so check out your sections below:
We’re starting the Pre-Planning and Planning stages of our app development. I’ve included the keynote and PDF this time! Check the website: www.tusdcte.org/thmsappdev for the individual blog posts.
- Lesson 4.1 will require you to fill out a worksheet, which will be submitted via google forms.
- Lesson 4.2 will ask you to create a presentation using whatever presentation software you have, and submit it to a drop box.
Again, check the website for individual lessons and instructions!
I was under the assumption that your Adobe ID’s would move to your home computer, and it looks like that’s not quite right… so we’re working on getting those restored to you! If you haven’t already, please fill out the two surveys under the blog post, “Online Learning Week 1”. This helps us get Lightroom to you, a lot faster!
You should have already started (or finished) assignment 1, Intro to Mobile Photography. It does ask you to make edits in Lightroom, but if you don’t have that yet, use the filters on your phone or your favorite photo app.
Lastly, check the website for this week’s assignments:
I’m going to change how my office hours work this week, simply because there were not too many of you who used zoom this week.
I will still continue to have office hours between the time of 1:30pm to 3:30pm, however, you will need to email me to schedule a time to talk! I’m on my email most of the day, so once I see a request, I will email you a zoom code!
Thanks a bunch guys, and remember, if you have any questions or want to schedule a zoom call, feel free to email me at email@example.com!
