Instructions:

  1. Go to www.Clever.com > Office 365 > Teams 
  2. Make sure you have access to a Mechanical Drafting (ex. MechDraft 3-4…), and or an Engineering (ex. ENG 1-2…) Team(s). If you don’t have access, please email me at brian.farlee@tusd1.org  
  3. Go to your Office 365 account > OneDrive and create a folder(s) for your class(s) 
  4. Engineering Students: Create a folder named: ENG 1-2 (3-4, 5-6, or 7-8)_p?_last name first initial. Example: ENG 1-2_p5_smithj

**Important Update (4-2-20): I am scheduling two (2) Zoom meeting times for Friday, April 3. These will be an important informational meetings. I encourage all students (Engineering & Mechanical Drafting) to attend one of these meetings (both meetings will be the same). I hope you are all well and staying healthy. I’m sure you are aware that we will be transitioning to online school for at least the next few weeks. There will be a learning curve with this transition because we will be using online tools (some familiar and some new) to delivers lessons, communicate, and collect work.

Instructions:

Your assignment is to access these tools and curriculum resources using your computer, or phone. I will be posting generic login info (Engineering Textbook), in StudentVue > Class Websites > Classroom Documents.

If you are unable gain access due to user/password issues first, try to reset yourself. If that does not work e-mail me and I will reset for you. Please make sure that you record your usernames and passwords where you can easily access. Although Clever will connect you to all your apps, some will have specific usernames and passwords.

Please make sure to check this website, Synergy, Office 365, and Remind daily. If you have not joined Remind, I will post instructions in StudentVue > Class Website > Classroom.
