ASSIGNMENT 12

  1. The hardest part of this assignment is getting the light in certain way,  it gets better experimenting different DOFs.
  2. For a shallow use the lowest f-number possible. And for a deep DOF, use higher f-numbers.
  3.  In my opinion the best picture is the third one where the subject is shadowed but helped with the light reflector.
  4. I really like taking peoples portraits, especially capturing them in different angles, personally i really like taking pictures when theres shadows and it makes the light and shadows combine.

  2. 12/20, I feel like i got 12/25 because i edited them good, in my opinion, And i have all 20,  but i also did rush on some, which might’ve been the reason they could’ve been better or more professional.
  3. It makes it look for better, like more contrasted and more quality in each photo.
  4. Maybe the one with the shoes in the green grass, because i rushed in editing, but it still shows worms eye.
  5. I wouldn’t change anything.

ACTIVITY 11

  1. This birds eye strength is that the image is being taken from above so it makes it look like the floor is farther away than it is, and since the books are clearly viewed its the part we see first.
  2. This worms eye perspective gives off more of a spiral affect with the trees leaves and trunk. Also makes them pop out more because of the all blue sky background.
  3. Eye level is the least engaging perspective because its eye level we usually see that all the time but i bet if the photograph was eye perspective but sill interesting it will of course have its strengths.
  4.  You should be in the places we are allowed to photograph, don’t be in the buildings disrupting classrooms, or somewhere where something can happen thats not safe. Don’t leave without your ID and that sticker that has your period on it. Be back on time!

ASSIGNMENT 9: Lining and Framing

  1. Over these past assignment, i think, I’ve improved with getting some done, I’m missing one for lining, Framing, i got them all done, but i think i could’ve done better with time wise, and getting more creative with the pictures.
  2. My best framing was the statue outside. The diffused light help the statue stand out and be framed by the walk behind it.
  3. My best lining is the stair railing and the steps in the background. And how its mostly in the shade so it the red pops out.
