I feel as though that photographing from different angles does help me make my images look more interesting but sometimes it can confuse me.

I think that the image more successful for me would be the shoe on the grass because it looks very big and interesting to see.

I would have changed it to coloring images for example, the badger statue because the images would seem more alive.

Assignment 11

This one is worm’s eye and it’s strength is how tall the tree looks and its spread out branches.

This one is bird’s eye and it’s strength is how small the cars look because of the distance between the camera and the cars beneath it

level eye is the least engaging because its not taken from an angle and it’s not as interesting as the bird’s eye and the worm’s eye.

What you should be doing is taking photographs without taking your phone out to do whatever. what you should not be doing is disrupting other classes.

Assignment: 10

The compositional guideline for this image is simplicity because you can see how simple it is. The quality of light for this image is hard light. What makes this photograph successful is how basic it is and the rose is pleasing to the eye.

The compositional guideline for this image is also simplicity because of the white vases and the shadow seems really simple. The quality of light for this image is hard light because of the hard shadow. What makes this photograph successful is how the shadow creates an effect on the vases but it still seems basic.

The compositional guideline for this image is forced perspective because it looks like the kid is jump roping but really she is laying on the ground with a jump rope over her head. The quality for this light for this image is soft light. What makes this photograph successful is how it tricks your mind for a second thinking that the girl is jump roping but she’s actually just laying on the floor making a pose so it looks like she’s jump roping.

The compositional guideline for this image is also forced perspective because it looks like a giant hand holding a cup and trapped a man. The quality for this image is soft light. What makes this photograph successful is how it looks like this person is holding a man but really she’s from a distance from the man to make it look like she’s holding him.

This is one is leading line because the light is leading to the kid in the white shirt. The quality of this light is soft light because the kid in this photo is in the shadow. 1. I think I’m very comfortable with using tv mode it was only confusing in the beginning because I didn’t understand it yet but after a while I got used to it and got the hang of it.
  2. Shutter speed affect our motion because each speed is used for different things for example freeze action would not be the same as motion blur because motion blur would be too slow for it to be used in freeze action.
  3. For me I am happiest with light writing because to me it seems kind of aesthetic and cool because of the two different designs that were used in it.
  4. I think that I can improve my work if I think of different angles and ways to take pictures so that it doesn’t look unoriginal or something everyone would do.

Shutter Speed Assignment

For the picture with the horses it uses panning since its focusing on the cart and everything else is blurry. This one definitely used a tripod for this image.

For the waterfall it’s a slow image because the water looks like mist almost glass like. I think that this photographer used a tripod.

For the eagle attacking the girl is action because you can see the wings are spread out. I don’t think that they used a tripod for this image.

For the pac-man and the ghost it has light writing because you can clearly see the drawing was used with light. I don’t think that they used a tripod for this image.

Rule of 3rds and Balance Reflection Questions

For the apple and the leaves they are symetric balance and diffused light. The tool that I used for them was the rectangle tool which made the lines how I wanted them to be.

For the trees and the doors they are asymetrical balance and they also have diffused light. The tool I used for these photographs were also the rectangle that made the lines.

The apple and the panda are both rule of thirds and diffused light. I used the rectangle tool that helped me make the lines.

Yes and no because I took my time in finding my images and made the lines, but I might have used too much time in doing so which caused me to turn in my work late.
